The initial Post in regard to APPS was made in 2012. From Proboards Support I have now received this message:
I don't believe that Proboards has their own app, however, I know members can use the Tapatalk mobile app to access the forums (www.tapatalk.com/tapatalk_mobile)

I have just looked into the the Moblie Forum via the link you offered. I am not a great app fan since I could lose a lot of my life just looking at the phone!! Having siad that, in addition to this forum there are a number of of other speedway forums that appeal (not as good as this one, of course!) as well as some rather quirky bits and pieces so will almost certainly use.
