This section seems a bit of a mess with results and fixtures now appearing in two places. And the link for the actual Anglian Junior League doesn't mention results and fixtures any more.

I have moved the results that were appearing here to the RESULTS section. Sorry about the confusion that may have been caused. Regarding the Anglian Junior League website. This group has no control over it but references to the AJL do seem to have disappeared.

Here's the latest AJL table as seen on the BSPA site on October 11. It poses this thought for me - so many unfulfilled fixtures, just what has it proved - was it worthwhile? Not in my book. www.speedwaygb.co/ajltable12.html

From what I have seen so far from the results and matters affecting the competition I think it's all a waste of time and effort. I agree. These junior leagues have always proved to be a waste of time in developing talent. My estimate is that about three percent of the competitors graduate to proper team places. I have seen AJL matches at Lakseside and Rye House and was absolutely bored stiff watching them poodle round in so called races.

Well heaven knows what you've been looking at because already from the Lakeside Young Hammers squad of 2012, Adam Ellis has secured NL and PL berths for 2013 (at IoW and Ipswich respectively). Jack Kingston will also for certain be riding full-time NL next season and I'd be surprised if he didn't graduate to the PL before mid-season in '13 too... Some of the races (eg Mark Baldock vs. Danny Verge (in the Lakeside vs. RH match) have been outstanding...
