Nunhead Dragons: Johnny Radford, Mr Bill Evans, Mick Brown, Bert Ryles, Jackie Wilkinson, Del Scott, Brian Terry, Dennis Daniel, Mr Al Holliday, Pete Hill, Johnny Walton, Tito Burns.
They were the 'pride of Peckham' and I think speedway star Ray Morton may have ridden for them although he is not seen in the photo.

It's great to see these photos from the 1940s and certainly the riders dress wear then and the bikes are so different to what are used nowadays. But it was certainly a more interesting sport then IMO.
