Anyone know about the track at the Marquis of Granby area in New X in 1946. The top rider was a guy known as 'Fatty' James.

The track at the Marquis of Granby, New Cross, 'sarf' London. The mid-1940s but still a vivid memory for me. And I recall one leading rider who was known - with respect - as 'Fatty' James!!!
