Jancarz, Sjosten, Mucha, Klementiev & Gluklich all should have been excluded for tape offences but were allowed to "get away with it". Some fell during the race concerned but not all. In fact Soren Sjosten won his first ride in heat 2 and this helped him into a second place run-off with Briggs
