The Premier League Riders Championship (and other titles for it!) used to be held at Hackney, then at Wimbledon. What years were they, what were the actual championships, and who won them please?

This championship has had various titles. It probably started of as a British League Riders Championship. It was last staged in London in 1983 when Wimbledon were the hosts. The only London area riders to win the championship were Crayford's Geoff Ambrose and Laurie Etheridge. Here's the winners on London tracks.
At Hackney 1968 Graham Plant (Middlesbrough) 1969 Geoff Ambrose (Crayford) 1970 Dave Jessup (Eastbourne) 1971 John Louis (Ipswich)
At Wimbledon 1973 Arthur Price (Boston) 1974 Carl Glover (Boston) 1975 Laurie Etheridge (Crayford) 1976 Joe Owen (Newcastle) 1977 Colin Richardson (Eastbourne) 1978 Steve Koppe (Canterbury) 1979 Ian Gledhill (Stoke) 1980 Wayne Brown (Berwick) 1981 Mike Ferreira (Cantebury) 1982 Joe Owen (Newcastle) 1983 Steve McDermott (Berwick)

I'm not sure which (probably all the Wimbledon meetings) but some of these championships were originally for the National League.
